Job Description
Ascendo.Ai pvt ltd is looking for Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Strategic Planning: Develop marketing strategies and plans aligned with the organization's business objectives
- This includes identifying target markets, setting goals, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including content creators, designers, digital marketers, and other specialists
- Provide guidance, set priorities, and monitor performance
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Use data and insights to inform marketing strategies
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation across all marketing materials and campaigns
- Develop and maintain the organization's brand identity
- Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion, to drive sales and market share
- Content Strategy: Create and oversee content marketing strategies, including content creation, distribution, and management across various platforms and channels
- Digital Marketing: Oversee online marketing efforts, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities
- Advertising and Promotion: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotional events, and marketing initiatives to reach and engage the target audience
- Marketing Analytics: Monitor marketing performance through data analysis, track KPIs, and adjust strategies based on results
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems
