Job Title: SEO Specialist

Location: Thane, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years

Annual CTC: ₹3,60,000 to ₹4,80,000

Work Schedule: On-site, Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off; Sundays fixed off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Optimize website structure, content, and meta tags for on-page SEO improvements.
• Implement and manage off-page SEO activities, including link-building strategies.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others.
• Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, ensuring website health and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and similar platforms.
• Proficiency in technical SEO, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of content marketing and its role in SEO.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
