Program Manager - Infrastructure

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage complex programs across diverse domains, ensuring successful execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and Project Management:
Lead end-to-end program lifecycle management using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Develop strategic roadmaps, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Handle scope, risks, and dependencies while maintaining timelines and deliverables.

Technical Expertise:
Manage infrastructure projects involving cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform).
Drive adoption of technical best practices, ensuring systems reliability and scalability.

Stakeholder and Team Collaboration:
Work closely with product owners, engineers, and external vendors to define project goals and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across global locations.
Regularly communicate progress to stakeholders, addressing challenges and managing expectations.

Process Improvement and Reporting:
Enhance operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and automating processes.
Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor program performance and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.

Compliance and Security:
Ensure programs comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR) and internal security policies.
Manage external and internal audits, including risk assessments and remediation efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or AWS Cloud Practitioner are preferred.
Hands-on experience with programming languages (Java, Python) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Wrike).
Familiarity with cloud services, API integration, and containerized applications.
