Associate Manager - IT Procurement

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors for IT assets.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Pass on the purchase request to the procurement team to purchase goods.
• Ensure timely approvals and track the progress of purchase orders to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including invoices, contracts, warranties, and purchase orders.
• Verify the quality and specifications of IT assets upon delivery to ensure they meet the agreed standards.
• Address discrepancies or defective products with vendors for resolution.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on procurement activities, costs, vendor performance, and inventory status.
