Data Management Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Processing: Extract data from Tally and Microsoft 365 Dynamics ERP into Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
• Google Sheets Scripting: Write and optimize Google Apps Script (GAS) to automate data processing, cleaning, and validation.
• Automated Report Generation: Develop automated reports & dashboards using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and other BI tools.
• Dashboard Creation & Data Visualization: Design interactive dashboards and reports for management decision-making.
• IMS System Management: Maintain and update the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure accurate data tracking.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic stock reconciliation, and generate inventory reports.
• Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into ERP systems and Google Sheets.
• ERP Data Integration: Work with Tally & Microsoft 365 Dynamics ERP to extract, analyze, and automate financial and operational reports.
• Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, sales, and finance.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance data accuracy, automation, and reporting efficiency.

Team & Work Environment

• The Data Management Executive will work closely with the Accounts, IT, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and efficient data handling.
• Collaboration with the finance, inventory, and production departments to streamline data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in data management, automation, or MIS reporting.
• Software Proficiency:
• Google Sheets (Advanced Level)
• Google Apps Script (GAS) for automation
• Google Data Studio (Looker Studio)
• Tally ERP & Microsoft 365 Dynamics ERP
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with data visualization & dashboard creation.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel macros, and scripting is a plus.
• Understanding of stock inventory, ERP data extraction, and automated reporting.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data management and reporting.
• Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate with different teams to understand data requirements.
