Assistant - Fire and Safety - Nellore - Andhra Pradesh

Job Description / Responsibilities

1. He should ensure the Safety of Man and Material in the premises.

1. He should Inspect the premises to ensure it is hazard- free environment on daily basis.

1. He should record accident/dangerous occurrences & intimate to concern authority & do investigation of an accident to improve safety.

1. He should Design & conduct Fire Fighting and safety training program for employees.

1. He should plan and implement the safety precautions & ensure that safety norms are taken care.

1. He should carry out safety inspection & motivate the employees to use safety equipments.
2. He should have Knowledge of Task Risk Analysis, Job Safety Analysis and Accident Reporting System, First Aid, occupational illness and emergency evacuation.
3. He should Organize regular safety meetings, Training Program and events for greater awareness of safety and inculcating a safety culture in the organization.
4. He shall have excellent knowledge of maintenance and inspection of all types of fixed and portable firefighting & rescue equipment.
5. Co ordination with State Fire Department to conduct drills once in a quarter.

Desired profile of the candidate

Graduate having minimum 2-3 years experience as Asst.Officer-Fire & Safety with good communication skills and knowledge of principles of Safety, accident and fire prevention. Certificate in Fire & Safety is must. Should be Physically Fit.

Gross Salary Rs.16,500 p.m.
