Pre-Sales Job Description

Position: Pre-Sales Consultant

Working Days: Monday to Sunday

Week Off: Monday to Wednesday (1 day off, to be decided based on scheduling)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving the success of the sales team by providing technical support, product expertise, and ensuring the product or solution aligns with the customers needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution discussions with potential customers.

Collaborate with customers to identify business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding product features, specifications, and technical capabilities.

Prepare and present technical proposals, including cost breakdowns and detailed product information.

Assist in the development of sales proposals and other sales collateral.

Support in closing deals by answering questions and providing technical clarifications.

Liaise with engineering and product teams to address complex customer queries.

Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings and market trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the industry and products.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to collaborate with both sales and technical teams.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Prior experience in pre-sales or a technical support role is preferred.

Additional Information:

This role involves working on weekends with one day off between Monday to Wednesday.

Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
