Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software product development, with a focus on social network software products. The role requires extensive experience in client-facing projects, demonstrating the ability to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into actionable product features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and requirement gathering for new software product development, specifically in the realm of social networking.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements.
• Act as a liaison between the product development team and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the social network software domain.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure that product features are delivered according to specifications and meet user expectations.
• Manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on new product features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role within the software product development industry.
• Proven experience in managing client-facing projects, with at least 2 successful project deliveries.
• Strong background in social network software products, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of managing projects to successful completion.
• Experience with data analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.
