Technical Team Lead - Java (6-8 yrs)

- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes.

- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues.

- Ensure code quality, performance, and security.

- Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong proficiency in core Java concepts, including OOP, data structures, algorithms, and collections.

- Expertise in Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.

- Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and mentor teams.

- Passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
