Roles and responsibilities :
- Owns and manages the complete business assigned for the country.
- Leads the vendor engagement for the assigned business.
- Responsible for Quota assignment and tracking
- Reviews, signs, and tracks vendor programs
- Build, generate, deploy, and review demand generation programs for the assigned business.
Funnel and Pipeline management
- Weekly cadence call with internal sales and vendor sales team based on a standard review format.
- Builds sales spiffs, contests to augment sales.
- Drive business plans with select large partners.
- Drive revenue and profitability of the business
- Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Increases market share for the assigned business.
- Gathers competition and market insights and helps tackle with appropriate tactics.
- Provides timely feedback/observation on market trends, changes in competition landscape.
- Reports weekly attainment, activity and progress each week.
