Machine Learning Engineer

• Deploy, maintain, and refine machine learning models to ensure fast, reliable, and trustworthy predictions.
  
  
• Develop and manage pipelines and inference services for real-time and batch processing use cases.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Product Owners, Developers, and Operations Research Scientists to align predictive solutions with business goals.
  
  
• Define and implement best practices for machine learning engineering, including peer reviews and knowledge sharing.
  
  
• Communicate insights effectively through verbal and visual methods to peers and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in cloud technologies (preferably AWS) and experience with containerization and orchestration (preferably Kubernetes).
  
  
• Strong knowledge of software development and DevOps/MLOps best practices, with experience in production environments.
  
  
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning, with the ability to support model deployment.
  
  
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience in Go and Data Engineering (Kafka) is a plus.
  
  
• Ability to generate and validate ideas with PoCs and build them into functional components.
  
  
• Collaborative mindset, working closely with engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Owners.
  
  
• Strong critical analysis of architectural approaches and underlying assumptions.
  
  
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning new skills and driving projects to completion.
  
  
• Preference for simple, effective solutions in technical execution.
  
  
• Expertise in agile methodologies and strong collaborative skills.
  
  
• Clear communication of technical concepts to technical stakeholders.
