Innovation Incubator - Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer - NLP/Machine Learning (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and guide a team of AI engineers in developing and implementing innovative NLP and machine learning solutions.

- Conduct research and development in areas like pattern recognition, neural networks, and NLP algorithms.

- Design, develop, and deploy robust software applications to support AI models.

- Leverage your expertise to solve complex problems and identify opportunities for AI application.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in NLP, machine learning, and AI technologies.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (researchers, data scientists) to translate ideas into technical solutions.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the AI team.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and AI research.

- Strong understanding of NLP principles and techniques.

- Proficiency in software development with experience in building AI-powered applications.

- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of AI engineers.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
