Job Description
Qualifications:
- B.E./B Tech in Mechanical, Production (with about 5 years of experience) or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, (with about 7 years of experience)
- 5 years hands-on experience in CAD/CAM technology.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar programs.
- Ability to create 2D and 3D models, assemblies, and drawings.
- Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Knowledge of quality tools and various industrial quality control techniques.
- Proficiency in CAM software for generating toolpaths and CNC code. Examples include Mastercam, Siemens NX CAM, or Solid Cam.
- Understanding of machining processes and the ability to optimize toolpaths for efficiency.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications for designing and manufacturing components.
- Capability to develop training presentations, handouts, and supplementary materials to enhance training programs under guidance.
- Able to contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training operations.
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to create effective assessments to evaluate the understanding and progress of learners.
- Skill in providing constructive feedback to support learner development.
- Clear and effective communication skills to convey information, concepts, and instructions to learners.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different learning styles and audience levels.
