Executive - Housekeeping

• To ensure proper deployment of the staff in all shifts.
• All cleaning and polishing schedules are followed and documented.
• Various checklists and daily records are followed.
• Checking the daily jobs of pest controller, façade cleaner, Gardner, florist.
• Checking the housekeeping services in patient rooms and public areas.
• Maintaining a daily record of housekeeping items consumed/ used.
• Informing maintenances to the Engineering department and ensuring that all urgent jobs are done.
• Mailing monthly Housekeeping material requirement to Stores.
• Clearing discharge rooms in HIS and blocking under repair rooms for maintenances.
• Ensuring that Bio medical waste is weighed and taken away by the vendor on time.
• To ensure that Bio medical waste removed from ICU, OT, Cath Lab, Lab and wards is labeled before it is sent to the central collection area.
• Training the out sourced staff on cleaning topics, infection control and soft skills
• Dealing with all linen related issues and handling out sourced laundry vendor.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Female candidates only from Hotel or Hospital Industry.

• Well versed in all aspects of Housekeeping including Linen Management.
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Good knowledge of computers.
• Knowledge of the overall business environment and services offered
