Workday HCM Consultant - Implementation & Configuration

Job Summary :

A Workday HCM Consultant is responsible for providing expert guidance on implementing and configuring Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for organizations.

Job description :

- Current holder of a Workday Certification within one of the following: Integrations, Workday Studio, CCB, BIRT, Reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Workday Integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors.

- Experience in Development

- Workday HCM

- PECI, PICOF

- CCW

- Implementations involving deploying within a top clients

- Experience in design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base

- Deliver requirements and design documents.

- Develop quality Workday integrations.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration between Workday and other business systems (e.g., payroll, finance, time tracking).

- Provide expert advice and best practices to clients on Workday HCM modules and functionalities.

- Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of experience

- Remote job location

- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions in a client-facing role.

- Knowledge of Workday HCM modules and configuration best practices.

- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Report Writer, and Workday Cloud Connect.
