Role & responsibilities :

The role requires a strategic approach and a handle on the complete sales cycle from finding Australian, US and Canadian companies in need of Iemployees (from emerging technologies). You should be able to recruit candidates and communiate about them to prospective employers.

You will be trained in our recruitment methodology which taps into the top talent in the market.

* Understand the recruiting landscape, specially the needs of employers

* Understand our value proposition and point of difference (our ability to recruit top talent and provide project management

* Prospecting : Use our strategic prospecting method to find hot leads

* Pitching : Reach out to prospects in a warm and personalised way and discover their needs in a genuine, authentic approach

* Leverage our sales process which involves our 8 step method to reduce resistence, develop interest and close deals.

You need to be able to learn fast and implement faster!

Preferred candidate profile

You should have exposure in finding employers who have a need for indian teams and talent overseas in either USA, Canada or Australia. You will be trained in our 11 step method for doing this.
