Assistant Manager / Manager R&D (Printing and Ink) - Silvassa

Role & responsibilities:

Responsible for R&D related to Rotogravure printing and Lamination, holographic printing, holographic film

Work on processes to manufacture different types of Ink.

Organizing all the paperwork related to the same

Working with Intellectual property team in order for them to patent the new products/processes developed.

Work with resins and pigments for ink development

Experience in manufacturing of holographic films and materials of holographic film

Contribute on New product Development in alliance with the BD team

Designing Policies and framework for Internal Research and Development

Preferred candidate profile:

Good Knowledge of both Rotogravure Printing and various types of printing Inks.

The person must have worked on Rotogravure printing, including lamination and converting units

Should have knowledge about different kinds of Ink and process to manufacture the same.

Should have knowledge of holographic printing and different methods producing holographic film including master and shim preparation.

Work closely with BD and manufacturing unit

Should have a supportive and a solution-oriented approach.
