Location : Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

• Managing the sales team with efficiency
• Contributing to the development of lead generation strategies for the company
• Client interaction, direct pitching and client conversion
• Developing & managing relationships with the Brands external partners and ensuring steady flow of communication,
• Maintaining client relations.
• Ensuring that the sales quotas are being met.
• Creating & presenting sales performance reports to the senior management

Requirements:

• 1+ years of actual experience in Direct Sales.
• Good communication skills and team management skills
• Understanding and experience with all relevant social media applications and digital platforms.
• A creative-bent with a discerning eye for detail and the confidence to think differently.
• Understanding of the luxury retail environment or an experience in fragrance industry is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Graduation (Any stream)
• Post-graduation (Preferably Marketing & Sales)
