Job Description
- Provide inputs for the strategic development of content.
- Create and manage periodic documentation of content development across projects.
- Collaborate with internal project teams to ensure content strategy and outputs are produced as per timelines.
- Work with the project teams and the content team for efficient project planning, documentation and submission.
- Ensure end-to-end execution of the content creation/production/delivery and work in seamless coordination with internal and external teams/vendors.
- Develop project proposals, make power point presentations and represent ARMMAN in meetings, seminars and conferences to build effective external partnerships.
- Coordinate with content managers to ensure content is delivered as per timelines and quality standards.
- Review and finalize content developed by content managers.
- Develop strategic documents pertaining to content development.
- Work with stakeholders of the Government of India and forge partnerships and alliances. Close coordination with National Health Missions and Ministry of Health, Government of India.
- Coordinate with the research team for content related research both the input into research objectives and tools and to understand and incorporate results of research into content production and finalization.
- 10+ years of experience at senior/ middle management level
- MBA or Post graduate in Social work/Advertising/ related field from a recognized University
- Effective presentation and research skills, and experience in writing proposals, grant applications, partnership agreements, MoU s etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good networking skills and ability to interact with stakeholders of the Government of India.
- Ability to work individually and on self-driven projects.
- Willing to travel across states where our programmes are being implemented on a regular basis.
- Experience in working on communications and media for development related projects.
- Experience in video and audio production, and production management preferred
