ArisInfra Solutions - Software Development Engineer III - Node.js/Javascript (5-9 yrs)

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key part in developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into robust technical implementations, ensuring our products exceed user expectations.

- Design and implement scalable and efficient server-side applications using Node.js and JavaScript.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine product requirements, providing technical insights and solutions.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality and best practices.

- Implement comprehensive unit testing strategies to ensure the reliability and robustness of software components.

- Monitor and track engineering metrics to optimize performance and reliability of production systems.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

- 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript on the server side.

- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms to design efficient software solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with major cloud platforms, preferably AWS, for deploying and managing scalable applications.

- Knowledge of Go and Python is a significant advantage.

- Experience in conducting code reviews and fostering a collaborative development environment.

- Proven ability to implement effective unit testing strategies for software components
