We re looking for a SEO Manager to help us revolutionize insurance for millions of Indians. This is a unique role where you ll be working side-by-side with our Marketing Head to supercharge our content, SEO, and organic growth efforts. You ll be the brain behind our content ecosystem, creating engaging, data-driven content that connects, informs, and drives results.

What You ll Do :
Lead SEO & Organic Growth Efforts : Own and drive our SEO strategy. From planning to execution, you ll steer a talented team of content creators and strategists who ll bring your ideas to life.
Manage the Content Calendar: Own the entire content pipeline and lifecycle to ensure we re delivering the right content, on the right platforms, at the right time. You ll make sure everything aligns with Ditto s brand voice and tone informative, clear, and human.
Optimise Content for Performance : You ll dig into the metrics website traffic, engagement, conversion rates and use data to refine and elevate our content strategy. Your analysis will be key to understanding what our audience loves and how we can keep them coming back for more.
Lead & Grow the Team : Be the captain of our content ship, guiding your team of writers, editors, and SEO specialists. As we grow, you ll also be at the forefront of hiring, mentoring, and building your dream team.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, and other teammates to create interactive content formats (think videos, infographics, interactive tools) that make insurance feel approachable and engaging.
Establish Our Brand Voice on Content Platforms: Get Ditto seen and heard on platforms like Quora, Reddit, Telegram and whatever else you can think of, really. Engage with communities, answer questions, and build our presence as the go-to brand for all things insurance.
What We re Looking For:
4+ years of experience in SEO strategy, content leadership, and digital growth.
A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
SEO certifications (Google, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
A strong understanding of SEO best practices, particularly in the Indian search landscape.
Advanced skills in SEO and analytics tools, with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
A highly analytical mindset and leadership experience that demonstrates strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
