Job Description

SUMMARY

Senior Delivery Analyst Structured Data Servcies APAC contributes significantly manages both internal and external tasks to consistently meet critical deadlines on time and within budget. This position requires a strong technical acumen, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to organize. The Senior Delivery Analyst collaborates closely with project leadership to enhance business processes ensuring cohesion and consistency. Their goal is to keep engagements on schedule, within scope, and budget.

ROLES RESPONSIBILITES

Supports the Data Breach Discovery Services (DBAS) team throughout the discovery lifecycle.
Executes administrative tasks associated with DBAS team and extends project management support for data breach discovery review
Creates Statements of Work (SoW) or new and existing clients under Data Breach Analysis Services (DBAS)
Supports the invoice submission process, including line-item data entry and submits the invoices to internal and external stakeholders within the agreed timelines
Supports project management with the development of plans that includes schedule, scope, budget, data collection, processing, search strategies, document review protocols, and breach notification deliverables
Executes updated project plans and project trackers throughout the project lifecycle
Acts as the primary or secondary point of contact to liaison for electronic discovery and document review with all stakeholders to ensure proper communication
Assists with the creation of internal and external financial reporting for projects including cost estimates, tracking actual cost to the budget and invoice review
Tracks assigned ongoing projects through internal tracking protocol and proactively update project progress with clients
Identifies and escalates issues impacting clients through appropriate internal channels
Maintains project documentation, including processing specifications, keyword filtering protocols, document review manuals, breach notification templates, and quality control procedures
Manages all communication between stakeholders under the guidance of the Project Manager or Director
Establishes collaborative relationships with co-workers and team members
Assists leadership in other client service tasks as needed
Modifies and implements workflows and essential resources necessary to progress work through the system
Initiates work on behalf of clients by crafting and submitting work requests for tasks associated with data processing, review, and the provision of client deliverables
Conducts quality checks to ensure the accuracy, progress of job instructions and final work product being delivered. including data breach notification lists
Participates in standing meetings amongst key project stakeholders and acts with discretion on highly sensitive, confidential client engagements
Engages in project management tasks, including preparation and completion of kick off calls and documentation of workflows, standards, and project closure tasks such as final billing and data destruction
May perform other duties as assigned by management

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

General technical acumen and passion to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in a client-facing role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
General knowledge of eDiscovery and Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
General experience working with cross-functional technical and legal teams a plus
Current knowledge of emerging electronic discovery and litigation support technology and processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Associate s degree and 4-6 years of experience in Project Management, QC s or eDiscovery/litigation support or bachelor s degree and 0-2 years related experience
Experience in a technology-focused organization, preferred
PMP certification, preferred.
No travel is required.
