We are currently in search of Mid Texturing Artists with minimum 3-4 years of experience to join our Game Art Team
Create texture maps / images for (sets, props, characters, etc.), following the creative direction of the designated supervisor.
Follow leads and supervisors direction, ensuring that the texture maps created are precise and accurate.
Complete assigned texturing tasks in a timely manner and ensure all working images are efficiently organized at all times.
Fully comprehend the requirements on the designs, thereby creating textures true to their designs, whether organic or inorganic in nature.
Address feedback and modify textures by following the creative direction of the Supervisor, Production Designer, and Cinematics Director/Producer.
Minimum 3 years of feature film VFX experience. Demonstrable ability to communicate creative and technical thoughts and ideas.
Knowledge of Body Paint, Deep Paint, or other 3D paint packages is a plus. Strong visual skills, and a good eye for detail, scale, composition, colour and form.
A good knowledge of how the texture painting work fits into the bigger picture, particularly in relation to modelling, shading, and look development. Experience meeting deadlines while retaining a high quality of work.
Calm under pressure and committed to meet production deadlines. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Excellent team player with good communication skills. Flexibility to work in swing - Morning / Evening shifts.
