Sales & Business Growth

✅ Achieve sales targets in volume, market share, and profitability.
✅ Expand the network by establishing new dealerships and branch outlets.
✅ Enhance sales processes at dealerships to drive business growth.

Dealer & Market Management

✅ Manage and review dealership operations within the assigned region.
✅ Conduct infra audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
✅ Ensure dealerships have financial stability and profitability.
✅ Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores (Google ratings, complaints, feedback).

Customer Experience & Market Engagement

✅ Organize customer meets and promotional rides to enhance engagement.
✅ Maintain strong relationships with dealers, banks, and financial institutions.
✅ Ensure retail finance penetration aligns with targets.

Sales Team & Infrastructure Development

✅ Ensure dealerships have a trained and skilled sales team.
✅ Oversee dealership infrastructure compliance with Corporate Identity Process (CIP) norms.
✅ Drive high performance in dealer satisfaction surveys within the two-wheeler industry.

Reporting & Compliance

✅ Ensure accurate MIS reporting for performance tracking.
✅ Adhere to all policies, statutory norms, and compliance regulations.

🔹 Key Requirements:

✔️ 7 to 10 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager in the two-wheeler industry.
✔️ Strong experience in dealership management and network expansion.
✔️ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and market share growth.
✔️ Ability to analyze market trends and enhance customer experience strategies.
✔️ Expertise in dealer finance management, sales team training, and infrastructure compliance.
✔️ Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
