Job Profile:
- Young pharma professionals with 2-4 years managerial experience in ethical marketing or recently retired (2022/2023), physically fit, ex-Area Managers.
- Ability to avail 15 to 18-day field tours in every month. Strong rapport with ENT specialists; additional exposure to the Orthopaedic segment is advantageous.
- Experience in CRM activities in enhancing productivity rapidly. With a strong urge to get promoted to 2nd line Manager within shortest possible time.
Responsibilities:
- Launch the company.
- Appoint C& F and stockists strategically in multiple HQs across India.
- Help company to recruit 6 months to 1-year experienced MRs who worked with ENT doctors within shortest possible time.
