Job Description

Position: Area Sales Manager (Automotive Battery).

Job Description:

- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary) in assigned partner accounts.

- Identify and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.

- Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.

- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.

- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.

- Address channel partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate with MBA in Sales & Marketing.

Relevant Experience:

- Must have relevant experience of 7-12 years in Automotive Battery Industry.

- Should have strong product knowledge.

- Must have strong geographical knowledge of the territory.

- Excellent communication & team handling skills.

- Customer Relationship Management.
