Key Responsibilities:

• Drive gold loan sales and achieve business targets across assigned branches.
• Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue generation.
• Develop and execute regional business plans to grow the gold loan portfolio.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers and frontline staff.
• Set performance benchmarks and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
• Foster a positive and motivated team culture.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service.
• Resolve customer grievances in a timely and effective manner.

• Monitor and improve operational efficiency at the branch level.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure proper handling and storage of gold assets.
