Ardur Technology is a leading firm in technological solutions. We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team in leadership role of an Operations Manager / Head of operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have in depth knowledge about title searches using tools such as Netronline, Data Trace, Data Tree, Title Points, and other relevant platforms.
• Perform and analyze current owner, two-owner, and lien searches.
• Execute limited and property searches with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Leading the Title search Team and the operations.
• Managing local abstractors.
• Overseeing all duties and responsibilities related to your department.
• Ensuring successful delivery of Title and Mortgage projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in title search tools and methodologies.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to varying shifts.
