Key Responsibilities: - Ensure Global Secretarial Compliance for India & overseas jurisdictions (US, UK, Singapore, South Africa) - Board Governance: India and Overseas -Manager Corporate Actions such as, Merger, Demerger, Restructuring etc.. - Shareholder Governance: RTA Management, IEPF Management, Investor Grievance Management - PIT Management – Insider Trading & UPSI Management; SAST Regulations -Cross Functional Project Management -Training of internal stakeholders -RBI/ FEMA Compliance – FDI/ ODI/ ESOP. Corporate Laws, FEMA, Listing and SEBI Regulations are preferred.
