Architect, Salesforce

Role & responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the overall Salesforce architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and aligns with industry best practices.
• Solution Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the salesforce team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• System Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all Salesforce solutions comply with security standards, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a MUST
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with data modeling, integration patterns, and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Salesforce DX.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CLMs like ICIand their integration with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
