React Front-End Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, high-performance front-end solutions using React.js.
• Define and enforce front-end architecture standards, focusing on modularity, maintainability, and scalability.
• Lead and mentor front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Develop and optimize UI components for responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Implement and manage state management solutions (Redux, Context API, Recoil, Zustand, etc.).
• Drive code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and best practices to enhance development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of front-end development experience, with expertise in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (SASS/SCSS, Tailwind, or Styled Components).
• Experience in building scalable React applications from scratch.
• Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, Recoil, or Zustand).
• Experience with component-driven development and design systems.
• Familiarity with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets integration.
• Experience with modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers on best coding practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Next.js for SSR and static site generation.
• Knowledge of Micro Frontend Architecture.
• Exposure to Web3, PWA, or AI-driven UI frameworks.
