About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Pega Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing strategy, propositions, offer flows, data flows, and predictive models using Pega Marketing 8.X. You will play a critical role in driving decisioning processes, optimizing customer journeys, and executing marketing strategies in a large-scale environment, preferably within the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop marketing strategies, propositions, offer flows, and data flows using Pega Marketing 8.X.

- Implement and optimize adaptive, predictive, or scorecard models to enhance customer decision-making processes.

- Define and manage treatment plans, when rules, and volume constraints within marketing campaigns.

- Utilize NBA Designer to support development and ensure proper configuration for personalized Next-Best-Action recommendations.

- Conduct simulations of marketing scenarios to test and predict outcomes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the customer strategy team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decisioning is aligned with broader business objectives.

- Work with large customer datasets to drive strategic decisioning, ideally in a telecom environment.

- Create comprehensive reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Key Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of experience in Pega Marketing, specifically in developing marketing strategies, offer flows, and predictive models. Strong experience in NBA Designer.

- Proficiency in working with large customer datasets, preferably in a large telecom organization. Pega Marketing / Decisioning certifications are a must.

- Understanding of Campaign Management tools and processes.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
