Experience in Industrial Projects for minimum 10 years.

Role, Responsibilities & Skill Sets

A. Technical Skill Set

• Designing - Planning including Site Plan/ Floor Plans/ External Development
• Spatial Visualisation incorporating Structural Systems and Services
• Presentation with clarity of thought process supported by verbal/ communicative skills and graphic/ diagrams skills
• Knowledge of Bye Laws and understanding of Planning Norms
• Preparation of Working Drawings, Detailed Drawings including termination between various materials and Facade Sections as per Design requirements. Micro or Macro Detailing.
• Knowledge and Selection of Material & Technology
• Component Detailing (meticulous & detail-oriented in design eg. Tiling, D&W, Staircase, Railings, Material Terminations etc)
• Coordination between Architectural Drawings, Structural Consultant - GA, Fabrication, RCC, MEP, Vendor Shop Drawings ensuring compatibility.
• Coordination of Mechanical Overlays as per project requirement for Structures, MEP etc.
• Project Coordination with Client, Consultants, Contractors & Vendors
• Site Visits

B. Software Skills

• Auto Cad - Latest Version for Layouts, XREF etc.
• Sketchup for 3D Modelling.
• MS Office - Word, Excel, PPT
• Presentation - verbal/ communicative & graphic/ diagrams to explain the key features of design, emphasizing its functionality and aesthetic appeal
• Email - Format & Communication

Desired Candidate Profile

Sense of good design & spatial visualisation, knowledge of bye-laws & meticulous working towards contributing to impactful projects supported by good knowledge of ACAD & Sketchup & Power Point.

Leadership, Planning & Management skills to lead projects taking independent technical decisions. Willingness to explore skill set as a Team with responsibilities ranging from Preliminary Design to Project Execution including all the facets. Eagerness to join a team that values creativity, quality, teamwork and growth.
