Job Description

 
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and concerns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, target audiences and accordingly suggest solutions
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights to drive growth.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, contributing to revenue growth
  • Create beautiful, engaging decks to communicate complex information to clients, using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Prezi.
  • Gather and incorporate client feedback to continuously improve our services and overall client experience.
  • Sharing relevant knowledge and improving overall teams ability to service client
Additional Responsibilities
Operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign launch and delivery
  • Manage and prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines
  • Verify ad creative assets, targeting options, and campaign settings for accuracy
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on campaign performance and progress- Maintain billing records for P&L purpose
  • Stay up-to-date with CTV industry trends, best practices, and platform updates (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting efficiencies and innovations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine operational processes and client servicing standards

    Requirements


    4-5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, client servicing, or program management
    Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
    Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
    Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
    MBA in marketing or related field
