Cloud Architect - Azure (9-15 yrs)

The Role :

Cloud Architect - Azure

Key Responsibilities :

- Thought Leadership - Build and share experience and evidence based thought leadership in the Azure, Cloud and Big Data domain through various channels and provide inputs on creating and enhancing enduring solutions for client.

- Solutions and Sales Support - Support pre-sales activities including conducting discovery workshops, developing point of views/solutions/scoping, writing proposals, and supporting sales and marketing enablement for Azure, Cloud and Big Data related technologies. Lead the solution development for project.

- Consulting for New and Existing Clients - Provide advisory consulting to new and existing customers, support delivery hand-offs, address unmet needs, and manage client expectations for their Azure, Cloud and Big Data technologies.

- Share and Build Expertise - Develop and share expertise in Azure, Cloud and Big Data technologies and actively mine the experience and expertise in the organization for sharing across teams and clients in the firm. Suggest ways and guide the project team(s) as a capability hub for new technologies with due consideration of their usability.

- Nurture and Grow Talent - Provide support for recruitment, coaching and mentoring, and building practice capacity in the project team(s) in Azure, Cloud and Big Data technologies.

Skills Required :

- Extensive experience in Azure Cloud implementation, management, and migration of on-premises applications and data analytics to the cloud.

- Expertise in Python and SQL best practices within Azure environments.

- Proficient in key Azure services including HDInsight, Data bricks, Data Factory, Stream Analytics, Event Hub, and others.

- Skilled in working with Azure Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and live streaming via Event Hub.

- Experience in designing Azure architecture, operationalizing monitoring, alerting, logging, and integrating Azure Active Directory.

- Knowledgeable in DevOps automation for Azure with a focus on security and privacy.

- Experience in any other cloud technologies like AWS, GCP.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's degree is a plus)

- 9-15 Years
