Experience: 1 Year to 6 yrs Job Specification: An AR Caller is responsible for tracking and analyzing A/R balances. They must be able to collect and summarize data from various sources and analyze data to track payments and improve collections. AR Caller are also responsible for identifying and resolving stuck AR (denials/trends/HDVs)AR Caller Responsibilities Include:

• Monitor and review Accounts Receivable balances.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve Accounts Receivable balance discrepancies and also identify root causes
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues
• Conduct research to identify and resolve accounts receivable issues.

Job Brief

• Provide A/R support by monitoring and reconciling accounts in an efficient and effective way.
• Analyze open A/R data to identify collection issues.
• Provide assistance in developing and modifying existing procedures.

Requirements and Skills

• Any Bachelors degree
• Should have minimum 2 years experience in A/R follow up including denials and rejections. Should have worked on various portals (Availity/Optum/Navinet).
• Experience in eCW is preferred
• Must have worked on clearing houses (Trizetto/Zirmed, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred only male candidates
