Instrumentation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. PLC Panel Handling:

• Expertise in working with PLC / HMIpanels, specifically Siemens and Allen Bradley systems.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, programming, and maintenance of PLCs & HMIs.

2. Installation and Commissioning:

• Proven experience in installing and commissioning control panel with PLC systems and instrumentation equipment.
• Ensure all installations comply with relevant standards and specifications.

3. Instrumentation Expertise:

• Ability to design, calibrate, and maintain various instrumentation devices.
• Conduct performance testing and validation of installed systems.

4. Project Management:

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain documentation for installations, commissioning, and operational procedures.

5. Technical Support:

• Provide technical support during the installation and post-commissioning phases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations.

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC systems.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and instrumentation schematics.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field.
