Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Associate to join our finance team.
The Accounts Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions,
maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial statements regularly to ensure accuracy.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Tax Filing: Support tax-related filings and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software systems.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-4 years of experience in accounting or finance (freshers with relevant qualifications are also welcome).

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
