Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can drive features within the team, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

This role requires strong expertise in modern frontend technologies and best practices, including React, Next.js, and performance optimization.

Experience : 7 to 10 years only.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and drive frontend features from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, designers, and product managers.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Ensure high performance, SEO optimization, and accessibility compliance in all frontend solutions.

- Implement micro-frontend architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring thorough testing and code reviews.

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Contribute to DevOps practices to streamline CI/CD processes.

Technical Skills Required :

Frontend Technologies : React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript.

- Code Testing : Experience with testing frameworks and tools.

- HTML Semantics & Styling : Strong knowledge of semantic HTML, CSS, and modern styling methodologies.

- SEO & Accessibility : Hands-on experience in implementing SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.

- Performance Optimization : Proven experience in optimizing web applications for speed and performance.

- Micro-Frontend Architecture : Knowledge and experience in building micro-frontend solutions.

- DevOps Integration : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and Next.js.

- Proven experience in leading teams and driving features end-to-end.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
