Position: Scrum Master

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team, managing the development / maintenance activities of our ERP, AI and Salesforce systems. The Scrum Master will guide and facilitate the Agile process for cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient delivery of the projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, strong leadership skills, and experience in ERP AI and Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for ERP and Salesforce-related projects.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and help resolve any obstacles or blockers that the team faces during the sprint cycle, ensuring continuous progress.
• Guide the Team: Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching on Agile principles and practices.
• Coordinate Stakeholders: Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure project alignment and prioritize work according to business needs.
• Monitor Progress: Track the team's progress towards sprint goals, ensuring timely delivery of quality features for ERP and Salesforce platforms.
• Backlog Management: Work closely with the product owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is ready for upcoming sprints.
• Metrics & Reporting: Use Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements through retrospectives and other feedback loops, helping the team to evolve their Agile practices.
• ERP, AI & Salesforce Expertise: Leverage knowledge of ERP AI and Salesforce systems to ensure the teams work aligns with the organization's business processes and technical architecture.
• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between developers, business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally with a focus on ERP, AI and Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and best practices.
• Solid experience in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) , AI and/or Salesforce platform.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, from initial planning to deployment.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Ability to facilitate, coach, and guide teams toward successful Agile delivery.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Agile frameworks like SAFe, Kanban, or XP.
• Knowledge of Salesforce-specific features (e.g., Lightning, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud) and ERP integration with Salesforce.
• Previous experience working in a cloud-based environment or SaaS implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
