AppZen is hiring a Regional VP of Sales to lead and scale our enterprise B2B SaaS sales for AP Automation and Expense Management. This role drives revenue, manages a team of Enterprise Account Executives, and builds strategic client relationships. Ideal candidates are proven sales leaders with experience in high-growth environments, expertise in the enterprise sales cycle, and a passion for coaching teams.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue, meeting/exceeding sales targets
Build and execute strategic revenue plans
Forge long-term client partnerships, engaging at the C-Suite level
Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team
Lead QBRs, pipeline management, and deal strategy
Analyze market trends and advise on strategic shifts
Qualifications:
10+ years in enterprise software sales; 5+ years managing teams
Expertise in SaaS finance solutions, ideally AP and Expense Management
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Strong C-level communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Contract negotiation and forecasting experience
Willingness to travel; Bachelor s degree required, MBA a plus
