Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities/clients, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the company's services/products are positioned effectively in the market.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients and partners.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the companys goals, ensuring growth and profitability.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company, and close deals to secure new business.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, opportunities, forecasts, and outcomes to management.


Required Skills and Qualifications:-


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and business development processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.

Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM software and data analytics tools.

A goal-oriented approach with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

Strong network in relevant industry sectors.
