Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle HCM Professional

OIC Oracle Integration Cloud

• Contribute to the end-to-end development of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions, including active involvement in solution design activities, configuration, and implementation ensuring that the solutions are fit for purpose.
• Working as part of a team of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developers
• Development and technical support of Oracle ERP/HCM integrations, extentions and reports; including making REST and SOAP calls, FBDI File Uploads, BIPublisher reports, analysis and OTBI Reports.
• Perform integrations between Oracle Cloud and 3rd party applications both inbound and outbound
• Write technical specifications, based on functional design discussions or documentation.
• Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc in the solution
• Experience working with OIC adapters, usage of REST, SOA adapters, and usage of orchestration integration patterns
• Ability to communicate clearly, assertively, having a good command over English language to be able to interact with customers to solicit requirements.
• A strong penchant to learn new tools and technologies and be ready to adapt as per project demands.
• Good experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL languages
• A Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM/HCM API capabilities
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM/HCM Data Model
• Understand API REST and SOAP
• Familiar with API testing tools.
• Understanding and Knowledge of JSON, XML, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width) and various protocols like SFTP, HTTP etc.

Oracle HCM Skills

• Understanding of Employee and Payroll modules of Oracle HCM.
• Perform Oracle HCM Extracts
• Understand Oracle HCM tables within Employee and Payroll.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM architecture and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with data protection and compliance standards.

General Requirement

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Communication (preferred) or related field; 2-3 years of consulting experience or 5-7 years of applicable work experience
• Professional attitude, with a growth mindset seeking to drive change and improvement in all aspects of the role
• Ability to communicate clearly, assertively, having a good command over English language to be able to interact with customers to solicit requirements.
• A strong penchant to learn new tools and technologies and be ready to adapt as per project demands.
• Experience implementing projects usingAgile Iterative approach
• Ability to meaningfully articulate terminology, processes, functionality, and architecture
• Understanding of ERP processes and modules specifically with respect to HCM, Finance, SCM is preferable.
• Good experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL languages
• A Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM/HCM API capabilities
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/PPM/HCM Data Model
• Understand API REST and SOAP
• Familiar with API testing tools.
