Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Entry-Level Electronics Engineer to join our electronics Application support team. The ideal candidate will have the following.

Strong knowledge on Electronics

Excellent communication skills

Good knowledge of Basic instruments (DMM, Power Supplies, Data acquisitions etc..)

Knowledge of components tests and measurements.

Previous Customer support experience is plus

Knowledge on Keysight products is plus

Knowledge on Windows OS and Networking is plus

Knowledge on any of the following areas is plus (Oscilloscopes, SG, SA, PNA, ENA MATLAB etc..)

Position: Application Support Engineer Entry

Location: Bangalore, India

Work Mode: On-site

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

The primary responsibilities include:

Providing telephone, email, and remote support for the Keysight Customers on Hardware and software-related queries

Resolving reported product failures by taking necessary actions and escalating priority issues.

Assisting customers with hardware and software upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition.

Assisting customers with licensing-related queries

Troubleshooting hardware issues effectively to diagnose problems, implement solutions, and create RMA requests if necessary.

Guide customers through the configuration of Keysight Technologies equipment to optimize performance and functionality.

Create opportunities for license renewals or new buyers.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams or individuals for swift resolution.

Writing knowledgebase articles

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in (ECE/EEE/Instrumentation and Control Engineering or equivalent).
