Job Description:

1. Experience OR knowledge in CRM
2. Continuously monitor and resolve issues arising in the ticketing tool arising from the applications.
3. Communicate and train users about the new changes being deployed in the applications.
4. Drive Application adoption through monitoring Adoption reports of the applications.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, information technology, computer engineering, or anything similar.
• Must be capable of managing code migration, monitoring performance, and documenting all configuration changes.
• Good in Communication Skills
