Sales Compensation Financial Analyst

The Sales Compensation Financial Analyst position is responsible for the creation and distribution of the annual sales compensation plans, calculating commissions for payroll, reporting on rep productivity and other key financial metrics. The individual will form relationships with functional owners and structure conversations for smart business decisions, enhance reporting capabilities, encourage open communication among the team and establish a framework for accountability. This position is ideal for someone intellectually curious, highly detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and proactive. The right candidate will exhibit outstanding judgment, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous work environment. He/she will need to comfortably interact and communicate with individuals at all levels, including senior executives. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, exceptionally driven, looking to grow their career rapidly and eager to get involved with many areas of the business.
