Job Description

AppCrave is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development: Build and maintain scalable ServiceNow apps.

Integration: Connect ServiceNow with other systems using APIs and web services.

Data Management: Oversee data processes and ensure integrity.

Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to deliver and document solutions.

Compliance: Adhere to best practices and stay updated with platform advancements.

Support: Provide training and create documentation for users.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on application development and integration.
Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD).
Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JDBC).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
