Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW :

To drive sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting ophthalmic products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive aims to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and enhance market share for the companys ophthalmic products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

(Roles & Responsibilities)

  • Achieve or exceed the annual and quarterly sales objectives
  • Ensure effective sales of the MonofocalIOLs, CNSBL’s, MSI’s, CU, SL, ARK with successful demand generation via demo, sampling and sales call
  • Cover 70-120 Accounts depending upon territory in line with your manager’s concurrence. Ultimate owner of the account .
  • Regular feedback to the Territory Business Manager on market and competition activities.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service team to provide after - sales service to customers.
  • Efficient use of promotional material, engagement activities consistent with marketing objectives and eventually increase the overall Installation base and Market share.
  • Maintaining sales call frequency to targeted customers, timely reporting to manager
  • Work closely with EM- Dx & Lx / Surg. Sys for equipment lead generation & sales
  • Take support of AT IOL specialist for development of AT IOL`s business in the area.
  • Efficient, timely and accurate reporting of Sales activities, results, opportunities & threats to Territory Business Manager.
  • Monitor, control and ensure receivables in line with the company policies.
  • Facilitate Collection of payments within the credit norms specified.
  • Ensure timely collection of data and submission of report to stakeholders
  • Build good relationships with internal and external customers (Doctors/KOLS/Peers and Superiors).
