Medical Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct timely initial clinical assessment on admission and on regular basis and record observations in the patient file for every patient
• Ensure appropriate hand over including regular updates of investigation reports & referrals to doctors in next shift to ensure continuity of care
• Ensure timely and satisfactory patient conselling and query handling
• Ensure complete and correct documentation of patient file, including discharge/ death summaries, consent forms, CPR forms, patient notes with signature, date, time and stamp
• Adhere to infection control guidelines & implement all clinical quality (NABH) protocols

Preferred candidate profile - MBBS with minimum of 1/2 years of experience
