4) Smart use of - online portals, social media, employment exchange, walk in etc

5) Conduct on campus training program thru Learning center

6) Documentation Fix salary, issue of offer letters, on boarding, medical check, registration etc 7) Meet recruitment target and timeline

8) Requires travelling within and surrounding state
